My name is Roy Kok and I've been working for and dealing with companies in the Industrial Automation Marketplace for over 30 years. I've been involved in technologies including; Data Acquisition and Data Logging with Hardware and Software, HMI/SCADA, including Panel Based, PC based and Web Based, Historians, PC Based Control, Real-Time and Embedded Operating Systems, PLCs, DCS Solutions and Sensor technologies. My background spans Engineering, Applications, Training, Sales and most recently, senior management for a nunber of small to medium sized companies. I've found my passion - in automation, and in the care and nurturing of smaller companies, enabling them to grow and earn their share of the market. |
| Over the years, I've learned that the automation space is a unique niche, in which players move from one company or technolgy to another. Regardless of your company, or particular focus, it's likely that you will have the same issues and concerns as any other Automation Company.
The knowledge we gain from one company is widely applicable to the next.
